Job Purpose: Responsible for proper upkeep / cleanliness of office.
- Assists with photocopying and filing.
- Check, maintain and replenish stationary stock.
- Scrutinizes and dispatches all outgoing mail and sort-out incoming and distribute it to the concerned department..
- Files all relevant documents systematically arranging in chronological order, that it can be identified easily when required by the manager or staff.
- Other assignments as per department requirements
- Qualifications & Experience: Two years working experience, preferably with an airline.
- 10 Years schooling or equivalent.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. Neat Handwriting.
