**Job**
**Profile**: To implement internal compliance strategic objectives and implement the respective strategy, provide operational oversight and control of compliance activities and contribute to organization’s strategic objectives within set KPIs, budget and respective policies and processes.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1.**
**Strategic Contribution**
- Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Compliance to deliver the company’s vision and mission.
- Translate the strategy into operational business plans for Compliance and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy.

**2.Budgeting **:Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.

**3. Compliance Management**
- Manage all new licenses acquirement, prepare all the required files and documents and follow up on all the procedures, to ensure fast approval and facilitate business operations.
- Deliver all requirements and manage critical issues based on information of incidents or issues related to company products and resolve them in alignment with Line Manager.
- Work on critical high-risk compliance areas within and address risks to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
- Follow and deliver on the Annual Compliance Program, and ensure delivery on all deliverables, follow-up and ensure closure on all topics as advised by the Line Manager
- Follow and implement the investigation process to address any malpractice, misconduct, and fraudulent activity and provide recommendation measures when needed in line with relevant laws and regulations, in alignment with the Line Manager and ensure useful and timely reporting of incidents.

**4. Documents Management and Administration **:Monitor documents filing and retrieval systems to ensure maintaining company’s files and documents to support the development of a comprehensive database, maintain historical reference and facilitate any follow up with ministries and requirements.

**5.Safety, Quality & Environment**
- Follow safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environment for the company.
- Conduct periodic inspections and resolve all queries around regulatory matters to ensure compliance with quality and safety measures and recommend improvements to the business process used

**6.**
**Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures**
- Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

**Qualification, Experience**
**& Skills**

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or any related field
- MBA or Masters in a related field (preferred)
- Certification from International Compliance Association is an added advantage.

**Experience**:5-7 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Business Compliance or Legal Compliance
- Other relevant experience in relevant field.
