We are looking for someone to join our team who is willing to work with us in achieving client delivery excellence.

The role is full time 40 hours per week and **location will be a combination of working at either the Atkins offices at Heathrow, attending client meetings on site or working from home, as required.**
- Implement a pragmatic approach to document control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Establish information management policies, requirements and assurance for information delivery and co-ordination across various programmes of work.
- Provide support and training of our information management processes and requirements
- Enable project delivery teams to align with Common Data Environment (CDE) requirements and ISO 19650.
- Review the information management function to deliver ongoing service improvement and the maintenance of quality standards.
- Validate, check and process all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval.
- Conduct routine assurance checks and audits to ensure compliance to the information management plan.
- Configure and prepare status reports on workflows, Technical Queries (TQs), Request for Information (RFIs), other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards.
- Produce regular progress reports for Project and Design Managers, as well as other ad-hoc reports.
- Implement project or programme level Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and co-ordination of alignment of Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs).
- Track deadlines to ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
- Maintain company documentation processes, templates, etc.
- Ensure all documentation meets formal company and client requirements & required standards.
- Liaise and support the asset information and handover team with documentation and delivery requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Assure the destruction and disposal of sensitive records securely (including establishing and adhering to record retention schedules).

**Experience and Skills**:

- Strong experience of Document/Information Management.
- Experience of working on large projects/programmes within a construction or consultancy background, with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment.
- Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions. ISO 19650-2 National Annex preferred.
- Good knowledge and technical proficiency with document management solutions is essential, experience of Documentum, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ProjectWise would be a strong advantage.
- Competent experience of Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
- Exceptional typing and report writing abilities.
- Capabilities for document organisation with a strong emphasis on detail.
- A time-sensitive approach to query and task management.
- Able to work independently or within a team environment.
- Able to communicate effectivity at all levels.
