Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our hospitality team. As the Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest relations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Your main duties will include managing a team of guest relations staff, developing and implementing guest service standards, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of guest services.
You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries and complaints, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that guest feedback is addressed and utilized to improve service quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and developing guest relations staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a guest relations or hospitality management role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle guest concerns effectively
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
