- Perform routine inspections of production facilities and equipment to assess cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to best practices, and put up explanatory signs.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation, including test results, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality assurance standards, food safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Investigate quality issues and product defects using root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Visiting main branches for quality checking and feedback findings, also franchise branches upon requesting.
- Communicating to main branches 8oz coffee shops, ceremony, central kitchen for monthly expiration tracking item.
- Computing calories for new items.
- Follow up on contracts and sign the visit report of the pest control company.
- Ensure that the goods are placed according to the required temperatures for the product and its nature.
- Follow up on the condition and quality of the received products and ensure the cleanliness of the supplier's car and ensure that the required.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
