**Job Title**: Site Document Control/Site Administrator

**Location**: London project sites,UK

We are looking a dynaimic Site based Document Controller/Site Administrator to provide support for the preparation, distribution, and storage of project specific documentation in line with the company's document management processes and procedures.

What will you do:

- Ensuring proper version control of all project related documentation in line with company / project procedures for receipt, storage, and distribution, utilizing the internal EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)..
- Maintain the MDR (Master Document Register) / CDL (Contract Drawing List) that is generated from the clients approved working documents.
- Prepare & collate H&S (Health & Safety) Files, including technical manuals (O&M) to relevant project requirements.
- Contribute to process enhancements related to document management and applies the document management system efficiently.
- Liaise with client Document Controllers with regards to submission problems etc.
- Managing / Archiving on-site documentation and site administrative tasks.

**Experience Required**:

- Experience submission of documents via with various EDMS’s including - ProjectWise/Fastdraft.
- Knowledge of engineering documentation/drawings etc and Document Control quality checks.
- Computer literacy especially skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of various relevant industry standard client documentation practices including National Grid requirements is desirable.
- Assisting the Project Manager with ad-hoc admin requests.

**Competencies/ Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral).
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Certification in Document Control is ideal but not essential

**Other Position-Specific Characteristics**:

- London site based
- May require travel to satellite sites within the London Area.
