We're looking for a motivated Telesales specialist to join IT Solutions company.

Are you an ambitious and experienced Telesales Representative with a passion for building meaningful B2B relationships? we are seeking a talented individual like you to join our remote sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and connecting with clients worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients, introducing them to innovative products and services.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and present personalized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Articulate the unique features and benefits of our offerings to showcase how they can add value to our clients' remote teams.
- Nurture leads and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.

Skills Requirements:

- Proven track record of 1-3 years in successful B2B telesales, consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients across different cultures and time zones.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive conversions and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities efficiently.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the remote work industry or remote team collaboration tools is advantageous
