**Coiled Tubing Service Leader***:

- Our client is looking for two **Coiled Tubing Service Leaders** to join their dynamic team in** Saudi Arabia**.
- **Responsibilities of the Coiled Tubing Service Leader**:

- Oversee and execute coiled tubing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at all times.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of coiled tubing technicians, operators, and support staff.
- Implement best practices and innovation techniques to enhance operational efficiency and maximise equipment utilisation.
- Ensure the proper maintenance, inspection, and repair of coiled tubing equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years experience, with a least 5 years in Unconventional Operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Extensive knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, tools, and techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and projects.
