Our HR Generalist will provide HR support to the business and act as a collaborator to integrate the Human Resources solutions with the business plans, to support the delivery of current and strategic business priorities.

**What does the role involve?**:
You will act as a key counterpart in all operational people processes and activities within your organization, and work in close collaboration and co-operation with the regional HR operations team.
You will provide support to your HRBP in all applicable administrative tasks, as well as developing and implementing HR policies & procedures, and short term and long-term HR key initiatives.

**What you need is**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Proficiency in English - written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills, with solid knowledge of ERP and HCM systems
- Proven ability to work within a matrix organization, and with shared services departments
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Highly effective organizational skills and attention to detail
