We are currently searching for a qualified and reliable operation supervisor to lead all operations activities in the maintenance, logistics, and branches. As the operation supervisor, you will be responsible for managing, our company’s facilities. Your duties will include maintaining machinery, planning logistic activities, and branch procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare settlements for employees who go on leave (vacation settlement) employees who will be permanently transferred to another location (intercompany transfer), and employees who have resigned and terminated (final settlement)
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
- Follow-up services, (water distribution) + (and sanitation) for the لbranchs and workers' housing, and carry out campaigns to save water consumption.
- . Follow-up with the telecom company.
- . Safety, providing safety tools in the branches, issuing safety contracts for the company and the rest of the branches, and linking with the Civil Defense and related.
- . Cars, following up cars on the TAMM platform, adding and removing users, following up on driving licenses, renewing them, and securing vehicles
- . Adding and deleting covenants to drivers, preparing receipt and delivery records, and updating data in the system.
- . Contracting with the Saudi Company to track vehicles, add vehicles and follow them up.
- . Rental platform, exhibition, and warehouse contracts, making exchange orders, and following up on payments with lessors.
- . Exhibition purchases and supplies.
- . Schedule a periodic motor check-up.
- . Oversee and lead all maintenance operations.
- . Entering transactions into the company's system.
- . Follow up on expenses and supervise the maintenance budget.
- . Maintain all machines to ensure they are in working standards.
- . Create and implement maintenance procedures.
- . Receiving and following up the daily operations schedule and distributing tasks from the customer service department, the shipping department, and the sales department.
- . Ensure that all employees of the department adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- . Determine the repair schedules and evaluate the repair cost estimates and send it to the Sales and After-Sales Service Manager.
- . Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance records and sending them to the after-sales and sales services manager.
- . Supervising (responsible) for the spare parts inventory and submitting new supplies requests.
- . Sending a report to conduct weekly inspections of warehouses to detect and solve problems.
- . Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work according to expected workloads.
- . Employing, supervising and training workers.
- . Carrying out preventive maintenance work for the facility, exhibitions and warehouses.
- . Develop requirements to meet workload requirements on time.
- . To supervise all supply chain operations (sales, purchases, maintenance).
- . Supervise all shipments, repairs, and installations, and ensure that the work is completed on time by checking with the customer, and sending a customer satisfaction report to the sales department.
- . Respond to customer service and communication issues in a timely manner.
- . Responding and coordinating customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- . Implementing an effective loyalty program for customers (to be activated).
- . Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer service activities and discussions.
- . Stay abreast of the latest industry techniques and methods.
- . Communicate with the Purchasing Department when purchasing in the local market.
- . Coordinating between transportation service providers to ensure the rapid and safe movement of shipments.
- . Track and fix shipment errors
- . Disbursement of maintenance and shipping budgets with a weekly report
- . Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- . Recording the overtime hours of workers and drivers in detail on a daily basis, mentioning the customer's name and number.
- . Follow up the attendance and absence of loading workers
- . Follow-up on operations areas and send reports of late orders to the sales manager.
- . Follow-up and evaluation of packaging, loading and unloading.
- . Preparing weekly and monthly reports in compliance with the administration
- Follow up on the internal and external cleanliness of the branch, the cleanliness of products, price tags, and personal hygiene
