We are looking for a full-time **HR CONTRY MANAGER** who will directly report to the Regional HR Manager MEA. **( Local Talent Only)**

**Location: Riyad, SAUDI ARABIA**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Monitor required compliance in alignment with local standards: employees files, employment contracts, handbooks, data protection/ staff data.
- Advise managers and staff on payroll topics
- Manage monthly payroll administration with payroll providers
- Monitor HR costs & HC with budget constraints
- Manage monthly payroll administration with payroll providers & provide HR costs reports and C&B recommendations.
- Security Vetting/authorization.

Launch GPTW / E-SAT yearly employees’ survey, monitor action plans & follow up, feedback to employees.
- Coordinate security related activities within the zone: i.e ISO27001 audits including HR checks
- Advise on security incidents
- Manage Annual Appraisals in HRM
- Collect employees’ training needs and coordinate training plan implementation

**Requirements and skills**

Master’s degree in human resources.

2-3 years proven experience working in Human Resources in Saudi Arabia and in international organization / Customer Services oriented.

In-depth knowledge of Local labor law and HR best practices

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

People oriented and results driven.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Strong communication skills in English & French.
