The Nurse & Caregiver position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a vital role in the healthcare and nursing industry, responsible for providing compassionate care and medical assistance to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and document any changes in condition or response to treatment. Health Education: Educate patients and their families on healthcare practices, disease prevention, and medication management. Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding during difficult times. Foster a caring and compassionate environment. Collaboration: Collaborate with the healthcare team, including doctors, nurses, and other caregivers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively to exchange information and provide updates on patient status. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies or changes in patient condition. Follow established protocols and procedures to provide immediate care and seek additional assistance when needed. Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosage and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor and report any adverse reactions or side effects. Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control measures to prevent the spread of infections and maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Follow proper sanitation practices and comply with established protocols. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and healthcare regulations. Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Job Requirement**: Qualifications and Skills: Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license or registration in Saudi Arabia, or eligibility to obtain one. Prior experience in a healthcare or nursing role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with composure. Attention to detail and strong observational skills. Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to the job. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of infection control measures and adherence to safety protocols. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Basic computer skills for medical record documentation and communication purposes.
