**Job Requirement**: Qualifications and Skills: Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license or registration in Saudi Arabia, or eligibility to obtain one. Prior experience in a healthcare or nursing role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with composure. Attention to detail and strong observational skills. Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to the job. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of infection control measures and adherence to safety protocols. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
