**Position Overview**: Persistence Recruitment on behalf of Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Fresh Graduate in Human Resources (HR).

**Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding Assistance**: Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials, assisting with paperwork, and facilitating introductions to team members.
- **Employee Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- **HR Administration**: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- **Employee Engagement**: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and training sessions.
- **Policy and Procedure Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by assisting in the dissemination of information and providing guidance to employees.
- **HR Projects**: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, improving employee satisfaction, and supporting organizational goals.
- **Learning and Development Support**: Assist in coordinating training programs and development initiatives for employees, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
- **Performance Management Support**: Assist in the performance management process by tracking performance reviews, gathering feedback, and updating performance records.
- **HR Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review and decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
