Business Development Executive

Build Event is a fit-out & Interior design solution provider based in Riyadh, with a specialized focus on office & commercial segments across Saudi Arabia. We offer customers total solutions for space planning, fit-out, and design, as well as project management services. We have successfully completed projects for world-class brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Givenchy, King Saud University, Paris Gallery, iOud, Dezerve, Jarir, Noon, Riyadh Season, and more.
**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and decoration sectors.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their business development needs.
- Obtain and compile data on market trends, competitive products, and pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Create and implement effective business development strategies tailored to fit-out construction and decoration projects.
- Analyze market trends and identify areas for business expansion in the construction, fit-out, and decoration segments.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our construction, fit-out, and decoration products and services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes for fit-out construction and decoration projects.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients for fit-out construction and decoration projects, ensuring profitability.
- Close deals and facilitate a smooth handover to project teams.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence in fit-out construction and decoration.
- Generate leads and establish partnerships with key players in the fit-out and decoration sectors.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in fit-out construction and decoration.
- Provide valuable insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
