In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities for Medical Sector. You should be familiar with analysis and market research, service promotion, and anticipation of Client behaviour.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Act as a liaison between the Medical Sector Staff and the Client for healthcare services. Collaborate with management to oversee the hiring, training and ongoing oversight of medical providers as assigned.
- Monitor training performance of medical providers
- Ongoing monitoring and oversight of Medical Sector recruitment activities to ensure accuracy, compliance and maintain the highest level of quality of services provided to clients.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure all medical staffing needs are met
- Able to foster strong communication with medical and non-medical staff to create an efficient working environment.
- Handle invoices and payments for Medical Sector Clients
- Responsible in deploying of the Medical Staff to the requested Client after arrival to KSA.
- Archiving all documents for the Medical Staff recruited and delivering of all documents requested for staff recruited such as Iqama, ATM Cards etc.
- Translation of documents as needed
- Organizing appointments and meetings with community
- and hospital-based healthcare staff
- Manage daily administrative tasks
