**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, specifically within PMC projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing logistics for large-scale PMC initiatives.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics software and supply chain management tools.
- Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with project management consultancy processes and requirements.
- Experience implementing and managing ERP systems.
