- To be aware of ongoing market trends.
- Meeting of agreed deadlines.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell.
- Provide consultative solutions to clients.
- Maintain and retain MOM sales from clients.
- Passionate about sales.
- Fast learner and adaptive.
- To have organized info assessment whenever required such as CRMs, Competition.
- Pipeline management is necessary.
- Visibility in planning weekly and monthly is important.
- Target achiever.
- Payment collection is as important as generating sales.
