**What You Will Do**:

- Support employee onboarding till offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and enhance the employee experience.
- Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Collaborate with HR partners to address employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolve employee relations matters.
- Contribute to HR analytics projects, helping to gather and analyze data to drive meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform other tasks as needed assigned by line manager.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
