**Job Title**:Solutions Architect / Solution Designer - Data Analytics & Visualization**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Analytics & Visualization Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics and visualization strategy aligned with the project's objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data analytics requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Design end-to-end data analytics and visualization architectures to support data-driven decision-making.

**2. Technology Evaluation and Selection**:

- Evaluate and select appropriate data analytics and visualization tools and technologies, including **PowerBI, Tableau, Splunk,** and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the project remains technologically competitive.

**3. Solution Design and Implementation**:

- Design and oversee the implementation of data analytics and visualization solutions, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Develop data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to enable stakeholders to extract valuable insights from the project's data.

**4. Data Science Integration**:

- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate advanced data science models and algorithms into analytics and visualization solutions.
- Ensure the seamless integration of predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities.

**5. Quality Assurance**:

- Establish data quality standards and implement data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of data analytics and visualization solutions.

**6. Training and Documentation**:

- Provide training and support to project team members and stakeholders on the use of data analytics and visualization tools.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation to aid in solution understanding and troubleshooting.

**7. Performance Optimization**:

- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data analytics and visualization solutions.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or areas for improvement.

**8. Security and Compliance**:

- Implement security measures and data governance practices to protect sensitive project data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. A master’s degree is a plus.

**2. Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with a focus on data analytics and visualization.
- Demonstrated expertise in using **PowerBI, Tableau, Splunk** and other data analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing data analytics solutions from concept to production.

**3. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of data science concepts and machine learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.

**4. Communication and Leadership**:

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor team members.

**5. Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data analytics and visualization challenges.

**6. Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and technologies.

**7. Certification**:

- Relevant certifications in data analytics, data science, or related fields are desirable.

**8. Language**:

- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

**9. Other**:

- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia if not already based there.
- Experience working on large-scale projects or within the culture and tourism sector is a plus.
