Commissioning Director

We are looking for a **Commissioning Director** who will:
1) Direct contact and involvement with the overall Commissioning Team including Stakeholder, Main Contractor & Sub-Contractors.

2) Direct contact with the Stakeholder Commissioning Management and participates in meetings to provide an overview and detail progress assessment.

3) Initiate and update of the project commissioning plan which will describe the complete commissioning process and responsibility matrix for all Stakeholders, Main contractor, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, 3rd parties & Individuals involved in the project.

4) Lead the commissioning process and is responsible for the coordination, Commissioning Plan, and scheduling.

5) Develop the Integrated Commissioning procedure, facilitate the commissioning process, initially review, and approve test plans and sign off on test performance.

6) Review and approval of all the Sub-Contractor submittals to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and the Commissioning plan prior to be submitted to the Engineer for the final approval.

7) Participate in design and construction phase coordination meetings.

8) Possess overall control of the commissioning Team.

9) Chair the weekly/progress Commissioning Meetings together with the Sub-contractor commissioning team, to highlight all the problems that may affect the commissioning process.

10) Coordinate among the sub-contractor for all issues related to commissioning.

11) Schedule the System and Equipment Commissioning Program, to ensure that contractual requirements are met in accordance with the issued overall Schedule.

12) Establish schedules for O&M Submittals, O&M Training schedules and the final handover documentation submittals required from each Sub-contractor.

13) Participate the test procedural statements for the MEP systems to be commissioned.

14) Management of the Sub-contractors which are tasked with the inspecting and commissioning of the MEP systems as referred to in the scope of work.

15) Ensure that contractual specifications are complied with Management of the testing, adjusting, and balancing of the mechanical equipment / systems and automation systems under the MEP Sub-contractor scope of work.

16) Implement system performance review, to ensure that prior to handover for witness to the Engineer that the systems are operating within the design intended conditions and project specification requirements.

17) Witness the operational performance of the systems / equipment during the Operational Check and the Functional Testing.

18) Certify that works are complete and systems are tested as per the Contract Documentation and project specification requirements.

**Qualifications & Educational Requirements**:
1) Relevant Bachelor’s Degree

2) +20 years professional experience in the commissioning field

3) +10 years of managerial experience

4) Professional certifications related to commissioning, project management, or relevant fields are advantageous, such as CSA, NEBB, ACG, PMP or LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

5) Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

6) Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills, and ability to perform mathematical calculations, working knowledge of computer systems and project environment s

**Salary**: ﷼35,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month
