**Responsibilities**
- Ensures appointment availability and matching to surveyors are scheduled correctly, and that staffing numbers are maximized and maintained.
- Re-arranges appointments as required when cancelled by either the surveyor or the beneficiary.
- Updates the schedules on the Magenta software.
- Ensures absence data is recorded correctly on the Magenta software.
- Ensures absence data is provided to the field operations teams for them to deal with timekeeping or absence.
- Updates appointment schedules with available appointments or changes to appointments.
- Owns survey appointment optimization and scheduling effectiveness.
- Ensures they are smartly dressed at all times, works in line with Maximus values, complies with the Maximus Code of Conduct, Guiding Principles and upholds ethical behavioural standards.
- Acts at all times within the company policies and procedures.
- Works to the highest quality standards.
- Complies with the Maximus security and privacy policies to ensure customer data, confidential data and personal information is always dealt with in a confidential and secure way, and our obligations around this are maintained.
- Carries out all duties in a safe and proper manner in accordance with the company’s Health and Safety and Safeguarding Policies.
- Deals with any other tasks, as and when required, appropriate to the position and situation.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

**Knowledge**
- Bachelors’ degree
- Specialist knowledge of workforce management software is preferable
- Knowledge of MS office, specifically advanced excel and powerpoint skills

**Experience**
- Previous experience using workforce management or CRM systems
- Previous experience working in a scheduling or planning department
