Support the Associate Director of Infrastructure (MEP & ICT) and all Design teams with the planning, scoping and reviews of design works, specifications performed by consultants and or EPC and PPP Contractors. Carry out design reviews of Consultant engineering submissions. Review masterplanning power strategies and submissions from Masterplanning Engineering team. Assist with the production of plot DCRs. Calculate Interface Points for PPP Contractor. Assist with technical sections of RFPs and presentations to Senior management.

The position will require the individual to provide guidance regarding the vision of Amaala and project requirements and specifications as well as manage the responses to design RFIs, review/comment on Change Orders relative to utilities aspects of the projects. This position is to support the design and procurement for the regional and primary infrastructure as well as close coordination with the secondary team responsible for the plots.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical oversight of regional and primary infrastructure projects.
- Development and implementation of AMAALA design guidelines, standards and specifications.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
- Coordination of infrastructure designs across regional, primary and secondary infrastructure in accordance with the masterplans e.g. securing networks.
- Development of technical requirements for RFPs and technical reviews of proposals.
- Review of masterplans and design submissions for regional and primary infrastructure.
- Review of development precinct master plans.
- Collaboration with AMAALA departments to ensure requirements are addressed in the infrastructure designs.
- Ensure AMAALA policies such as the safety and sustainability guidelines are reflected in the infrastructure designs.
- Assist in the preparation of stage gate approvals and requirements.
- Identify, lead and/or assist on the development of procedures such as BIM requirements for infrastructure.
- Coordination with end users on the asset management and operational requirements.
- Management of the appointed PMC, coordinating their activities and monitoring their performance and compliance with their scope.
- Assist in the development and updating of Enterprise Working Programme.
- Oversee value engineering and constructability workshops.
- Quality and risk management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent;
- Preferably have PMP Certification or an equivalent qualification;
- Minimum of 15 years total experience;
- A strong background in managing the delivery of infrastructure projects (minimum 10 years of experience);
- Significant track record of design management in power (HV, MV and LV, Sustainable power);
- Middle East experience and will preferably have worked on multi-disciplinary infrastructure for development projects in the region and KSA experience (SEC experience);
- Proven success in managing multiple complex stakeholder relationships;
- Ability to influence decisions both internally and externally.

**Salary**: ﷼45,000.00 - ﷼55,000.00 per month
