شركة رائدة في مجال تقنية المعلومات تبحث عن موظفة مبيعات عبر الهاتف, سعودية الجنسية و ذات خبرة لا تقل عن سنتان في مجال المبيعات عبر الهاتف.

ستكون المرشحة المثالية لهذا الدور مسؤولة عن:

- الاتصال بالعملاء المحتملين لإطلاعهم على انظمة وخدمات المؤسسة
- فهم متطلبات العملاء واتمام عمليات البيع من خلال طرح الأسئلة المختلفة.
- التعاون ومساعدة فريق المبيعات الخارجية.
- المتابعة مع العميل حتى توقيع العقد
- متابعة وإدخال معلومات العميل وتحديثها بشكل دوري في قائمة المهام اليومية.
- التعامل مع طلبات العملاء بدقة.
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة للحفاظ على سمعة المؤسسة.
- بذل اقصى جهد لتحقيق نسبة البيع المطلوبة وتسهيل عمليات البيع القادمة.
- رفع تقرير دوري إلى مدير المبيعات حول ما تم إنجازه من المهام
- تحقيق نمو المبيعات والوصول إلى الأهداف المحددة

A leading IT company is looking for a Saudi female Telesales employee with at least two years of experience in telesales.
- Understand customer requirements and complete sales processes by asking various questions.
- Collaborate with the external sales team.
- Follow up with the customer until the contract is signed.
- Update and maintain customer information regularly in the daily task list.
- Handling customer requests accurately.
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to maintain the company's reputation.
- Make the maximum efforts to achieve the required sales targets and facilitate future sales processes.
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager on the tasks completed.
- Achieve sales growth and reach specified goals.**:المهارات المطلوبة**
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتان في مجال المبيعات عبر الهاتف
- خبرة تقنية متوسطة ، شغوفة بمجال تقنية المعلومات و الأنظمة
- مهارات تواصل و اقناع ممتازة و القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء.
- لباقة التحدث و المقدرة على التعامل مع مختلف العملاء عبر الهاتف
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية

**Required skills**:

- At least two years of experience as a tele sales.
- Medium technical experience, passionate about IT and systems.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in English is an additional advantage
- Ability to promote the unique features of SaaS solutions
