The Vice President (VP) Growth and Sales, Middle East will assume leadership of our Growth & Sales organisation throughout the Middle East and will be a member of the Growth and Sales APME (Asia Pacific & Middle East) leadership team as well as the Middle East leadership team. The focus of the role is to continue the development and implementation of strategies to grow our Middle East business through focused growth of market share with our chosen relationship clients, expansion of our suite of services for those clients, increasing our conversion rate on key opportunities through early and strategic positioning on our key pursuits and supporting the execution of our growth strategies across the region.
- You will be responsible for driving growth with our key and core clients in the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, and leading our team of dedicated Growth and Sales professionals across the region
- You will partner closely with our operational and market solutions teams to ensure our growth is both profitable and sustainable. You will be a key member of the Middle East Leadership team and will provide on the ground, holistic business leadership in the KSA as required
- You will be known for your ability to connect strategy with actionable tactics and the ability to influence a broad range of key stakeholders and direct reports

- Develop and articulate a growth and sales strategy focused on key clients and major pursuits to rapidly grow Jacobs market share across the Middle East in line with Jacobs global growth agenda
- Listen and understand our clients, then draw on networks and resources to find solutions
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to our regional Middle East sales teams, you will have the ability to effectively identify solutions to help our business grow and our team thrive
- Lead and contribute to the development of a robust pipeline of Tier 1 and strategic Tier 2 prospects with new and existing clients in line with our strategy
