**About this opportunity**
We are now looking for a L1 Front Office Technician responsible for preventing (or minimizing impact of unavoidable) reoccurring incidents, by investigating/selecting possible reoccurring incidents, classification of problems, working out and distribution of preventive actions, and tracking of those actions (or a subset of these activities).
**What you will do**
- Alarm monitoring/Performance Management by supporting the organization in ensuring and driving continuous/day-to-day improvements.
- Trouble Ticket Creation and its life cycle
- Incident Handling
- Handling of customer complaints
- Handling process and remote access tools
- Drive knowledge transfer
- Escalation with impact analysis
- Perform Call test with different scenarios (IDD calling/CLI Testing/Silent Calls issues, Identifying Fraud calls/Chat numbers etc.
**You will bring**
- Educational Requirement: Diploma in any Technical Field
- Good in MS office Tools.
