The Senior Client Executive role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
- Ultimately, a successful Senior Client Executive should collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales quotas and grow our business.- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
- Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Attends client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customer’s needs
- Delivers presentations both virtually and in person
- Response to RFPs
- Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements
- Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
- Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
- Ability to learn new processes, tools and technologies(as required)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as an Account manager, Key account manager or other relevant experience
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Experiance in software solutions selling
- Complex selling, account management
- Experiance within Saudi Arabia's Healthcare industry in MUST
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in English language
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

**Additional Information**
- All employees must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia with valid and transferable IQAMA.
- Transferable Iqama
- Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and GCC countries
