**Key Account Sales Manager**
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for sales targeting large real estate development companies, engineering companies, and other enterprise clients. The products include but are not limited to sanitary products, cameras, surveillance systems, network equipment, etc.
Develop, maintain, and manage key customer relationships, deeply understand client needs, and create tailored solutions to meet sales targets.
Conduct customer research and negotiations during the early stages of projects, and follow up with post-sale services to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate internal resources to provide efficient and professional pre-sales and after-sales services.
Participate in market activities and industry exhibitions to increase the company's product visibility in target markets.
Regularly gather and analyze market information and provide strategic suggestions for market development and product promotion.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in key account sales, familiar with real estate development and engineering companies' business processes, with relevant industry resources preferred.
Extensive sales experience in sanitary products, cameras, surveillance systems, and network equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish long-term cooperative relationships with clients.
Strong market insight and ability to independently develop new clients and drive project progress.
Result-oriented with strong resilience and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or a related field.
