**Job Purpose**:
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering consulting projects of varying sizes and complexity and responsible for organizing and controlling project activities.

**Skills Required**:

- Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills (Both English & Arabic)
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Google workspace Apps.
- Well organized with Knowledge/Documentation management capabilities
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Time management and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Being Proactive and identifying risks and mitigating them is essential

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Design, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
- Accredited PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation certification (is a must)
- Experience: 3 - 5 years

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.
- Coordinate **meetings with clients and stakeholders**:

- Build, and issue the Project plan, Project schedules, and other **project documents, forms, logs, and records** as required and **maintain** all of them well during the project
- Building Project Plan on our ERP
- Update the Project Progress and Data on our **ERP**:

- Track and Monitor the **Project Progress & Quality** and make sure it works according to the agreed work plan
- **Lead the communication and engagement **with project stakeholders as required
- **Proactive Invoice & Collection Planning & Management**:

- **Identify risks and mitigate them**:

- Following up on the project status, issues, and deliverables with different stakeholders.
- Prepare the documents needed for **deliverables** submission and project **closure**.
- Proposing criteria and measurements to **evaluate** the quality of the deliverables
- Assist the project team by doing any purchasing task related to the projects. Make their lives easy
- Continuously improving the Project Management Practice
- Go beyond direct job requirements to assist the team if required.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Head of PMO in an orderly and efficient manner
