We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Investment Banking Manager to join our growing team. As an Arranging Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading our arranging operations.
- Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for transactions and deals that meet client objectives and expectations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility, valuation, and risks of the transactions and deals.
- Prepare financial models, projections, and reports to support the decision-making process and present the business case to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage the due diligence process to verify the information and data provided by the parties involved in the transactions and deals
- Negotiate and draft the terms and conditions of the transactions and deals with the parties involved, such as buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, or regulators.
- Oversee and execute the closing process of the transactions and deals, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Maintain communication and relationship with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing updates, feedback, and advice.
