We are currently looking to hire an **Sales Consultant** for one our client in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia it is a full-time opportunity with end-client. Due to Project Requirement client is specifically looking for only Local applicants with Arabic and English language proficiency
- **Experience: 1- 3 years of experience**_
- **Budget: 5000 SAR per month**_

**Job Objective**: Work towards achieving the specified sales target in their assigned area, maintaining good relationships with company clients, and following up on customer orders to ensure their fulfillment.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Adhere to the approved sales plan and the daily, weekly, and monthly visitation program, as determined by their direct supervisor, in addition to daily communication with clients.

Monitor the execution of purchase orders and implementation contracts from clients within specified timelines, in collaboration with operations managers and according to required specifications.

Make serious efforts to reach new clients, get to know them, introduce the establishment, and follow up on obtaining sales contracts from them.

Gather customer opinions, desires, and requests regarding the establishment's services and forward them to the direct supervisor for consideration.

Input all information and data into the company's system.

Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.

Track, compare, and interpret sales figures.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business trends.

Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.

Develop promotional ideas and materials.

Attend meetings.

Maintain daily coordination with the direct supervisor regarding work progress and submit daily reports.

Collect sales proceeds from clients and promptly deposit them into the establishment's treasury, while monitoring customer debit balances according to the approved credit policy.

Prepare necessary reports on work progress and submit them to the direct supervisor.

Perform all tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

**Skills**:

- Ability to read and understand instructions from written and oral sources and write basic correspondence.
- Effective information-sharing skills with management, staff, and clients.
- Strong organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities, with written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Self-motivation.
- Familiarity with insurance laws and regulations to monitor and understand changes in healthcare and other legal references.
- Team player with high energy, capable of working independently.
- Diplomatic and eloquent in problem-solving.
- Ability to assess information for accuracy and utility in problem-solving.
- Ability to handle problems involving unknown variables in a variety of situations.
- Proficiency in computer, fax, photocopiers, and other basic office equipment. Familiarity with Mac and Microsoft Windows products, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Qualifications**:
Minimum high school diploma, maximum qualification: Bachelor's degree.

Required specialization: Marketing/Sales or Business Management.

Experience: 2-5 years in the insurance field.

Certification: IFCE
