One example is NEOM, which has an estimated investment of USD 500 billion, that offer huge opportunities for Swedish companies in all kinds of sectors.

Business Sweden, The Swedish Trade & Invest Council, is seeking a highly motivated and result-originated Project Manager who is eager to be part of our talented team in Riyadh. As a team we advise both Large
- & Mid-sized companies as well as Start-ups on how to capture the growth opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

As Project Manager your main area of work is to lead teams and working close with our clients in Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East. You are responsible for building strong client relationships, manage all aspects of client projects, from inception to successful completion, on time and within budget, lead and motivate project teams, manage project risks ensuring clear communication and collaboration. As a project manager, you are expected to scope and sell projects and services to our clients. As a Project Manager at Business Sweden, you interact with a wide range of stakeholders within client organisations as well as governmental agencies, academia, and Business Sweden colleagues around the world. You report to the Trade Commissioner and the position is based in Riyadh.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Who we are looking for:

- You have a relevant degree in business management or relevant field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years (but preferably more) of relevant work experience within management consulting, strategy departments from the private sector or sales and business development departments.
- Competence, experience and a network from relevant industries such as Life Science or Energy & Transport is a merit.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- You have experience of leading and coaching consultant teams and prior experience from an international environment, proven track record of leading multinational project teams and working cross-border.
- Proven track record in sales and the ability to independently drive client dialogues, and take on full sales cycle responsibility, is a must.
- Experience from living/working in Saudi Arabia or other parts of the Middle East is meriting.
- A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English is a requirement. Proficiency in Swedish and/or Arabic is positive.
