A highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Director with a strong background in consulting to join a consultancy based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Infrastructure Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the infrastructure operations of the project, ensuring the effective design, implementation, and delivery to meet the organization's needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet the organization's requirements. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Project Management: Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Develop project plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve cost-effective solutions. Provide financial analysis and recommendations for infrastructure investments and upgrades.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate infrastructure initiatives, progress, and outcomes to senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders. Address concerns, provide recommendations, and foster collaborative relationships across the organization.
- Industry Knowledge and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest infrastructure trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Assess and recommend innovative solutions, including cloud computing, virtualization, and automation, to enhance infrastructure capabilities and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven 20 years experience as an Infrastructure Director or similar leadership role in a consulting environment.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance best practices.
- Project management expertise, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing infrastructure teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex infrastructure challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant vendor-specific certifications are desirable.
