Working as **Finance **Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

**key Accountabilities**:

- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and risk management strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Control costs across all departments and subsidiaries to ensure financial efficiency.
- Oversee the allocation and management of financial resources.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and identify areas for improvement or cost optimization.
- Provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals to ensure the team meets organizational standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate CMA audits and reviews.

**knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management practices.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience developing and motivating a high-performing finance team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
