As a TikTok specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing TikTok marketing campaigns, analyzing social media data to identify trends and insights, and collaborating with other marketing team members to create engaging TikTok content that aligns with our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute TikTok marketing campaigns
- Analyze social media data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to create TikTok content that aligns with our brand
- Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends and algorithms
- Monitor and analyze TikTok metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Attend industry events and keep up-to-date with emerging digital trends
- Conduct market research to identify potential new TikTok marketing opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful TikTok campaigns
- Knowledge of TikTok trends and algorithms
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
