**Job Summary**:
The Director of Sales and Marketing leads the strategic development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and brand growth for the real estate development company. This role involves overseeing sales teams, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and market analysis to ensure business objectives are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Leadership**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Monitor and improve sales processes to optimize customer acquisition and conversion.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects, including digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee branding efforts to enhance the company’s market presence and reputation.
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the finance and operations teams.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to guide project positioning and promotional efforts.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Implement and leverage CRM tools to track customer interactions and improve engagement.
- **Project Promotion**:

- Create targeted marketing strategies for new developments, including launch events and exclusive previews.
- Partner with brokers and agencies to expand reach and drive sales.
- **Collaboration Across Teams**:

- Work closely with the development, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales with project timelines.
- Collaborate with external agencies for creative campaigns and media planning.
- **Reporting and Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor sales performance and marketing ROI through regular reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement to the executive team.
- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, customer behaviors, and project lifecycle.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
