AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a talented Internal Communication Officer to join our team. As the Internal Communication Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement, alignment, and organizational culture. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of company messages, policies, and initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in creating a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting employee morale and motivation, and strengthening the internal brand of AlWatania Information Systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans that align with the overall organizational objectives and culture.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify and address internal communication needs and challenges.
- Write and edit internal communications, such as announcements, memos, presentations, and company-wide updates.
- Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all internal communication channels.
- Plan and organize internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communication roles, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant communication tools.
- Experience with intranet platforms and social media management is a plus.
