The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and dynamic motion

graphics, animations, and video content. They play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and

executing motion design projects that effectively communicate messages and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Motion Graphic Design: Develop creative concepts and design visually appealing motion graphics,

animations, and video content that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and client requirements.

Utilize industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe After Effects, to create captivating visual

effects, transitions, and animations.

2. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters,

and video editors, to gather project requirements and ensure alignment. Work closely with creative

directors or art directors to translate ideas and concepts into visually engaging motion design work.

Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments throughout the design process.

3. Video Editing and Post-Production: Edit and enhance video footage, incorporating motion graphics

quality and impact of the final video. Ensure consistency in visual style, typography, and branding

throughout the motion design elements.

4. Brand Alignment: Ensure motion graphic designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining

consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging. Collaborate with the brand team to incorporate and

enhance the brands visual elements into motion design projects. Ensure that the motion graphics

effectively communicate the brands values and messaging.

5. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and

deliverables are of high quality. Collaborate with project managers and creative directors to define

project scopes, timelines, and objectives. Stay organized and maintain effective communication with

team members and stakeholders throughout the design process.

6. Industry Trends and Techniques: Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion

graphics and animation. Continuously explore new tools, software, and emerging technologies to

deliver visually compelling and cutting-edge designs.

7. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on motion graphic designs to ensure accuracy,

consistency, and adherence to project requirements. Review animations, transitions, and timing to

ensure smooth and seamless execution. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide

constructive feedback to enhance the quality and impact of motion design work.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelors degree in graphic design, motion design, animation, or a related field. Equivalent

work experience will also be considered.

2. Proven experience in motion graphic design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing

expertise in motion graphics.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and video editing software, such as Adobe

After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.

4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.

5. Skilled in creating visually engaging and dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video

content.

6. Knowledge of video editing techniques, including sound editing, color correction, and visual

effects.

7. Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to align motion graphics with a brands visual

identity.

8. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

10. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working well in a team

environment.

11. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

12. Strong organizational and time management skills.

The Motion Graphic Designer plays a vital role in creating visually impactful motion graphics

and video content. By utilizing their strong design and animation skills, along with their ability

to collaborate effectively, they contribute to the successful execution of motion design projects

that engage and captivate audiences. Their attention to detail, creative flair, and technical

proficiency help enhance the brands visual presence and storytelling capabilities.
