**Introduction to the Internship Program**:
As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into sales and business operations, contributing to our mission to deliver top-tier products and services to our customers.

**Internship Program Overview**:
This 4-month internship program is designed for undergraduate students in Saudi Arabia, providing an immersive experience in the fields of Enterprise sales and channel/partners’ management. Interns will be integrated into our dynamic teams, where they will develop a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, operations and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Engagement**: Interns will actively participate in sales and channel activities. They will work with peers to understand customer needs, and communicate effectively product benefits driving sales in both Enterprise and channel/partner sales teams.
- ** Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.
- ** Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to gather insights, analyze data, and support strategic sales and decision-making processes.
- ** Team Collaboration**: interactions with management, colleagues, and customers, while collaborating effectively within teams to ensure productive sales operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Current undergraduate student in a relevant field (IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, etc.)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Fluency in English and Arabic language
