Employee Relations Manager

Manage the employee relations, investigation, and policy setting for Nahdi to provide a satisfactory balance between the employees and the company.
Compliance investigations in committee CODE and ensure justice are applied by Internal policies and external regulations Authorities. Analyzes information and data necessary to define and discern the cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes. This may include management and union proposals, pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other justifying circumstances.
The Employee Relations Manager performs a variety of duties to promote employee welfare& Justice. He consults workers and discusses human relations, and work-related problems that unpleasantly affect morale, and health. This employee also evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine suitable action. With all employee's grades.
**Accountabilities**
**Investigations**:
- Represent the company in some external disputes and investigations against the company from the Regulatory Authorities or others in order to reach speediness and classified information in closing the cases.
- Manage the relationship with Regulatory Authorities through providing support channels (reactively and proactively) to ensure the compliance with the rules and regulations.
**Department Management**:
- Manage the department’s performance through providing performance feedback, conversations, appraisals, coaching, knowledge transferetc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives and employees career development.
- Review the policies and procedures related to Nahdi employees through the collaboration with the concerned stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and standardization and to ensure the availability for Nahdi staff guidelines.
- Develop the department’s KPIs through the cascading of the division SMART objectives and monitor the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs.
- Ensure that all investigations records have been archived in employees’ files (digital) with accurate report.
Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- Indoors : 70%
- Outdoors : 30%
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
**Job Requirement**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field required
**Experience**
- 8 Years of Experience
- 2 Year Investigation and Prosecution Authority (Government)
**Computer Skills**
- MS Office Suite and analytical.
**Languages**
- English
