- Responsible for overall OHSE Management implementation functions and Compliance across YKSA PDC operations.
- Carry out OHSE survey and inspections on a regular basis in association with the supervisors to ensure that safe working practices are in operation across the YKSA facilities.
- Support PDC Managers in the training for all levels of employees to promote awareness in OHSE practices.
- Monitoring and coordination for periodic maintenance of PDC Equipment and Machinery for Safe operations. Controlling of inspection/ maintenance records for Equipment and Machinery.
- Conducting weekly OHSE inspections across all YKSA-facilities and reporting the shortfalls and OHSE observations to QC& HSE Department Manager. Coordinate with the responsible Managers and the Project team towards correction of the identified OHSE observations.
- Implementation of emergency response plans with respect to different emergency situations like accidents. fire, etc.
- Conducting YKSA facilities safety inspections and ensuring that any safety violations observed are immediately corrected and the employees responsible for the violation are educated and supervisors cautioned and instructed on the proper method of work.
- Conducting joint safety inspections with the sub-contract representatives within their areas of responsibility and assisting them in providing the specific job safety training for their employees when required.
- Liaise with PDC Project Team to ensure that all work is planned and conducted safely. In the case of accidents liaise with QHSE team and complete the accident or incident investigation report.
- Providing weekly toolbox talks and training on all health and safety requirements and instructions on the use of safety equipment. personal protective equipment.
- Preparing agenda for regular weekly safety meetings in staging area involving Customers, YKSA Team and Subcontractor team.
- Ensuring all government regulations concerning Occupational, Health, Safety and Environment are implemented inside the YKSA facilities. Any violations to be reported to QC&HSE Department Manager for appropriate actions.
- Ensuring the first aid facilities available and are adequate at staging facilities. To check and ensure that sufficient PPEs are used by the subcon work force and YKSA members.
- Support QHSE team for various OHSE inspections, internal and external OHSE Audits, and Evacuation Drills.
- Health & Safety hazards and Risk assessments for all PDC operations with necessary mitigation and control measures implementation.
- Prepare monthly KPI, HSE statistics reports and submit to QC & HSE Department Manager.
- Participating in the QHSE Monthly safety audits and take corrective actions for the HSE Non-Conformities and observations.
- Participating in the QHSE Representative meetings and act for the Issues PDC HSE Related observations.
- Prepare JSA for the New activities start in the Facility.
- Prepare Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Environmental Aspect and Impact Assessment (EAIA)
- Prepare Project Health and Safety Plan as per Project requirements.
- Review of OHSE and other Legal and Other Requirements.
- Review and Monitor OHSE Related Risk & Opportunities Register.
- Prepare OHSE Plans and take Actions to achieve OHSE objectives.

Qualification & Experience:
Any graduate degree, preferably Engineering graduate with minimum 5-years’ experience in the field of OHSE implementation is any Engineering industry and/ or Construction Projects.
