We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our software consultancy team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our consultancy. *Key Responsibilities*:

- *Client Acquisition*: Identify and target potential clients in need of software consulting services.
- *Relationship Building*: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- *Market Research*: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, and conduct market research to identify opportunities.
- *Sales Strategy*: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and growth objectives.
- *Proposal Development*: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our services and capabilities.
- *Negotiation*: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- *Team Collaboration*: Collaborate with our technical and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are executed successfully.
- *Sales Reporting*: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
- *Networking*: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- *Client Feedback*: Gather and relay client feedback to improve our services and offerings.

*Qualifications*:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the software consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven.
