**Your tasks**:

- Developing a product strategy and roadmap
- Ensuring the implementation of the best of the latest technologies for efficient operation, expansion and becoming a leader in technology companies in the world
- Formation and implementation of a strategy for entering the product to new markets
- Ensuring product leadership in existing markets
- Continuously prioritize incoming market and customer requests to plan the product releases most valuable to the market
- Collaborate with the entire Product Management team, including User Experience, Visual Design, and other Product Managers
- Taking steps to scale the company

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience as a Director of Product Management (e-commerce: delivery, cab service, marketplaces)
- Experience of managing company divisions in different countries and ability to operate and manage international and geographically distributed team
- Experience in bringing the product to new markets and scaling it
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple projects

**You will also need**:

- Solid technical background with the company's technical stack (Java, AWS CloudFormation, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Docker)
- Solid experience in IT companies
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent English
