InnovationTeam is a leading technology solutions provider that delivers innovative and customized solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Designer to join our team.

As a Solution Designer, you will be responsible:.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technically feasible and optimized solutions.
- Develop creative and technically sound solutions using various technologies and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding and alignment between stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends, identifying impactful opportunities for adoption.
- Consider factors like feasibility, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends, assessing their fit for specific projects
- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology stacks and platforms, including mobile, web, backend technologies as well as cloud platforms
- leads solution architects teams working in different delivery setups such as scope based projects or agile and squads delivery models, acting as the single chapter lead.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution design and architecture and 15 years of experience in Software Development
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Experience in designing complex enterprise solutions
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks and patterns
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and technologies
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- English Speaking with Arabic Preference

**Technical**
- Software and solution Architecture
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices
- Strong knowledge in Databases such as (relational, key-value, document, graph, in-memory).
- Strong knowledge in Backend Technologies, APIs and API management.
- Strong knowledge in integration strategies
