**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations and integrations
- Prepare customized reports, KPI dashboards, queries, saved searches, and workflows within the NetSuite platform
- Advise users and the organization on best practices in order to maximize the use of NetSuite
- Administer user accounts and permissions
- Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, appropriate security/user segregation of duties, and change management protocols
- Perform regular system updates while minimizing user downtime and resolving system issues
- Manage finance systems-related projects, collaborate with functional teams affected, and conduct quarterly meetings with finance leadership to align on priorities.
- Provide training and support to all NetSuite users
- Perform ad hoc, special projects, and other requests as assigned
- Requirements:
**Requirements and qualifications**:

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent with programming experience
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
- Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
- Three-to-five years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
- Extensive experience as a business systems analyst
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
- The ability to maintain NetSuite updates.
- Is familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs.
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
- Can demonstrate strong leadership skills.
