1. Strategic Leadership: Define the company's strategic direction, mission, and vision, and lead the team in achieving these goals.
- 2. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the logistics and operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- 3. Team Building: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, creating a high-performance team dedicated to achieving the company's goals.
- 4. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- 5. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that our services meet and exceed their expectations.
- 6. Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and expansion, and lead efforts to secure new clients and markets.
- 7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company operates in full compliance with industry regulations and mitigate potential risks.
- 8. Technology Integration: Stay current with industry technology trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.
- 9. Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt the business strategy accordingly.
- 10. Reporting and Accountability: Establish KPIs, measure performance, and provide regular reports to the board and stakeholders. Qualifications:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the logistics and operations field.
- 3. At least 5 years of experience in a senior managerial position.
- 4. Prior experience in logistics companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.
- 5. Proven experience in warehousing, e-commerce, fulfillment centers, and 3PL services.
- 6. Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- 7. Excellent financial and budget management capabilities.
- 8. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 10. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
- 11. Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
