**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead in implementing Micro Control programs in partnership with other functions (Operations & Engineering) that ensure all production meets the requirements/specifications.
- Responsible for Micro laboratory operations and Micro Lab team.
- Support local implementation of Quality standards, documentation and maintenance of Quality KPI’s to drive improvement

**Required Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
