Logistics Coordinator / TECHNICAL SERVICES - Dhahran, Saudi Arabia**Position Description**:
The Logistics Coordinator primary role is to control and oversee all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the material ordering, delivery, inspection, and handling are done as intended and on timely manner. Develops processes that ensure the efficient utilization of the logistics function for the operation and maintenance of a public facility.**Minimum Requirements**:
- Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics management required.
- Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of logistics throughout department supply chain.
- The logistics coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of from the acquisition to storage and disposal.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. Able to promptly resolve distribution issues and have strong negotiation skills.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff.
- Develop logistics work procedures.
- Update and manage warehousing system.
- Maintain the warehouse records and log books.
- Ordering and keeping spare parts for various building infrastructure systems as needed.
