**Your Profile**
- University degree in Business Administration or similar from a reputable university
- Having at least 2 years of experience in providing administrative support
- Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office suite

**Your Responsibilities**
- Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind.
- May assist in preparing annual budgets and completes analysis of monthly budget activity.
- Schedules appointments and meetings and writes respective minutes and protocols.
- Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements and reconciles travel and expense reports.
- Answers, screens, and places phone calls, and manages in
- and outbound correspondence.
- Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings. *Expert in power point
- Assists in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
- Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations and applies IT systems.
- Prepares specialized routine reports and correspondences, and/or statistics.
- Completes routine reports in order to support decision processes in the area assigned.
- Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served.
