**How you’ll make an impact?**
- Fully responsible for the P&L, forecasted revenue, GM, and FCF of the assigned project(s).
- Leading the execution team of different disciplines towards project completion.
- Maintaining high quality levels of forecast accuracy and prompt reporting of any change in the plans.
- Fully responsible for the project execution in accordance with the applicable project management standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule, and EHS.
- Definition and management of schedules, budget, risk, change control, opportunity, and resource management.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with the respective quality management systems and NPS.

**What you bring?**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university.
- At least 12+ years of experience in working with electrical HV substations and SVC projects.
- IPMA certification is required.
- Proven track record as a P&L responsible project manager.
- Having work experience in Saudi Arabia will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.
- Good leadership and stakeholders’ management skills.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
