**As a key member of the team, you will manage every aspect of our newly-expanding operations within the new market, including but not limited to**:

- Internal collaboration: coordinating with all functions, including but not limited to HR, talent acquisition, finance & payroll, operations, go-to-market, etc.
- External stakeholder management and coordination, such as managing partners, identifying payment providers, BPO, creative and marketing agencies, recruitment agencies, hosting services, etc
- Administrative matters: Setting up the local office, handling contracts, setting up local bank accounts, establishing payroll process, sourcing employee benefits, etc
- Lead the hiring process, working together with Regional Talent Acquisition team to build the team
- Execute smoothly all pre-launch activities and deliver the launch within agreed timeline
- Find product-market fit, develop marketing plans, and run hypothesis testing locally
- Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders
- Evaluate, negotiate, and/or collaborate with vendors and service providers as well as local businesses and government agencies to acquire all necessary resources and services
- Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible
- Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
- Guide the regional team on local nuances and regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of leadership experience, with experience in building a company at 0 to 1 phase, growing to 20+ employees under a few months, while collaborating directly with the regional HQ
- Proven track record in launching digital brands / key products & services
- Proven track record in end-to-end customer/vendor management in a startup environment, from acquisition to performance management
- Strong stakeholder management, working with the leadership team, external partners, government agencies, internal team members, etc
- Experience in brainstorming and execution of go to market strategies including but not limited to value proposition, product strategy, target audience, customer acquisition, digital marketing, PR activities, etc
- Hands on experience to run HR and finance processes, covering budget, payroll, marketing, and operational expenses
- Exposure in managing complex operations
- Strong marketing and business acumen
- Preference for those with a telecom background
